Play the Motorstorm: Pacific Rift demo a month before anyone else and snag an awesome, Qore-exclusive,LBP theme
Sept 1 is going to kill the PSN... what with the Qore downloads, the Socom Beta downloads and the Motostorm downloads..
Smurf Byte 08-22-08, 07:51 AM Sweet. I hope the framerate is up to snuff. That will be the 3rd episode of Qore I have to buy.
mgm2003 08-22-08, 12:40 PM Just read about it on line....
Sony has announced they will be releasing a Motorstorm: Pacific Rift demo as part of QORE, their subscription-based interactive online magazine for the PlayStation Network. Those who download the upcoming episode - QORE: Episode 4 - will get access to the demo, and get to play it “a month before anyone else.”
After this month long wait the demo will then go live on PSN as a free download, and be available for all to grab about a week before the games retail release on October 7th
Seeing as QORE is a pay service (costing $2.99 an episode), and is currently only available in the US it will be very hard for Europeans to get their hands on the demo without find some workaround to allow they to pay the subscription fee.
No date has been set in stone for the demo as of yet, but new episodes of QORE usually go up the first Thursday of every month. Because of this a September 4th release in likely in our humble opinion
briankmonkey 08-22-08, 01:07 PM Sold :D

Now, that is funny. :D
Conspiracy* 08-24-08, 12:16 PM If I buy the "gold membership" now, does my annual price get prorated or does it ensure me 12 full months of Qore

They start counting to 12 with the current month.

Nice.
Guinn3sS 09-12-08, 11:49 AM So I was installing Qore last night and good god! Does it usually take 15-20 minutes to install? I couldn't believe how slow it was!
steven975 09-12-08, 01:21 PM Does anyone else think the Qore host is....perfect:eek:

Veronica Belmont.
I wouldnt call her perfect, but she is cute. What I find ironic is how on a DL.Tv podcast, one where she was a guest host, she bad mouthed the PS3 and claimed to be a big 360 fan. NOW look what she doing...lol
Does anyone else think the Qore host is....perfect:eek:
You mean Veronica Belmont? Yeah, she's great. I listened to her every day on CNet's Buzz Out Loud tech podcast. She's on Tekzilla now and still pretty good, but BOL had some great tech-related rants that were a lot of fun to listen to. I wish she'd go back, but I'd wager Tekzilla and Qore are better-paying and probably a little more fun than sitting in a sound studio every morning.
Does anyone else think the Qore host is....perfect:eek:
I just Googled her and no I don't think so. But hey to each its own. I have to see her in Qore maybe she has "changed"
If I download Qore onto my master account...Would I still be able to access it and the Qore Motorstorm demo (or any other demo) on a sub account?
**EDIT**
Yeah, I downloaded Qore, and I am able to access it from my sub-accounts.
briankmonkey 09-12-08, 03:33 PM She's cute but I'd take that girl from Assassin's Creed over her any day ;)

I'd like to take them both.
bassmonkeee 09-12-08, 03:52 PM I'd like to take them both.
I'd like to have them both take me.

:D Just remembered Jade Raymond is the name.
I'd like to have them both take me.
I guess we know who wears the pants in your relationships :p
steven975 09-12-08, 04:52 PM nothing wrong with turning things upside down.
After telling people what to do all day, it's actually relaxing.

There's nothing to be ashamed about being a stay-at-home Dad.

I am in agreement. She looks nice.
There's nothing to be ashamed about being a stay-at-home Dad.
Hell no. I'm jealous!
bassmonkeee 09-12-08, 05:23 PM I guess we know who wears the pants in your relationships :p
That's easy--I spend most of the day pantless.
Response #2: If your plans for either of them involve wearing pants, you're doing it wrong. Yes, I fully understand that comments like this are why girls don't come to message boards like this.
steven975 09-12-08, 07:37 PM Stay at home dad isn't my thing.
Being told what to do in that special area...love it.
bassmonkeee 09-12-08, 09:23 PM This thread has become uncomfortable. :o
*removes pants*
Thaaaat's better. :D
Smurf Byte 09-13-08, 08:06 AM Does anyone else think the Qore host is....perfect:eek:
Did you see the sweater she was wearing in Episode 1? Terrible.
Smurf Byte 09-13-08, 08:13 AM Hell no. I'm jealous!
I wanted to be a stay at home dad. That was until the baby came... I don't think most men are cut out for it.
^^ Being a stay-at-home dad, myself, of course wearing pants around the house is optional. So is wearing your wife's underwear and going out for tea every afternoon with all the other moms in your neighbourhood. It's cool how quickly you can be accepted as one of "them" if you put the effort in. Eventually, if you do everything right, they'll even include you when they're trying clothes on. When you get the "Do you think my boobs look too big in this blouse?" question for the first time, that's when you know you've made it. (A good tip, from one who knows: Asking the woman to bounce a little to determine if said boobs are too big could get you kicked out of the club...but in my experience it's a risk worth taking - because if it pays off, it pays off BIG time.)
I have a Qore question. If you've jumped into the year's subscription on the 4th episode, can you still get episodes 1- 3 as part of the package? Or does it just give you the episodes a year from the current month? And why does that sound like such a stupid question as I type it out?
KingShorty 09-13-08, 04:43 PM It's a year from the current month.
Also, the do the boobs pay off big time or are they just big boobies?
