Good to hear this. I don't think the plasmas will die soon. There are plenty of movie watchers who would choose plasmas due to high contrast and black levels.

the only real problem of plasma as a tech, is image retention/burn-in. I've read there has been significant progress, but for people who want to use plasma mostly for their games or as a giant computer screen, it can be a problem, and it's a large market segment of the population :)
