I am having problems with the dvd recorder not accepting particular brands of DVD+R or DVD-R discs. It simply won't allow me to record on them. Any one else with this problem? What brands will it accept or is my unit defective? I've looked at the manuel and my dvd's are in the 1-16x range. I've been using TDK's and Imation dvd for burning.

Any help would be appreciated.
