So i've been looking to revamp my HT and I was told I should Keep my Bose (2 301 Series III) and (2 501 series V) speakers from 12 years ago. My room is around 12/14. I am going to use it for music (soul/jazz/pop/classical) and TV (Sports, Movies)

I've been looking around and some of the Speaker System in the Box have caught my eye as I want to get a system upstairs as well. My price for Speakers are around 200-400 (5.1 or 7.1 is okay)but the primary reason I want to get this is for the SW.

So far I have looked @ the Onkyo SKS-HT540 and 240. Are these any good (mainly the sub)

Anything better?
