I ordered over Costco.com Internet on 8/19. Order still being "processed." This is what I ordered: SONY BRAVIA / 40" / 1080p / Motion Flow / LCD / Energy Star / 120Hz / Steady Sound Automatic Volumn Control.

Can some one help me with the model #? Why it's taking so long? Any help would be great! My wife and I are going nuts as Costco.com is running behind their scheduled delivery date. I was told to post here by "Robert."

Have you called and asked what the status of the order is? They are not showing any 40 inch Sony LCD on their website as of now. They may have run out of stock. You need to find out if it is back ordered, and if it is, when they expect to ship, or do they expect to get any more of them at all. Good luck.:)

many thanks, greenland! costco.com is looking promising as I'm quoting their emails to me saying "order should arrive within 24 hours", etc. being pro active is what it takes. if all else fails, i'll cancel the order and just go buy one! thanks again
