Does anyone know how many times you can re-download your purchased content? Here's more info: I had a 360, then I had to get another one. I re-downloaded my purchsed content tying it to my current 360, it worked great. But, now I want to get the 120 GB HDD. Will I be able to do the same thing again?

You can re-download purchased content an unlimited number of times, but this does not magically re-license the content for use on another Xbox 360. As always, if you're signed into Xbox Live at all times, you may not notice an issue, but otherwise, if you're using a different Xbox 360, you may want to use the license migration tool from Microsoft. You can use this tool once every 12 months:

Buying a new HDD is a different scenario. When you buy another HDD, you can either transfer the data directly from your old drive using the transfer cable, or you can re-download it manually. This has no effect on licensing either way; the content remains licensed to the console it was first purchased on (or last migrated to, via the tool above) and the Xbox Live account used to make that purchase.

Thanks, that's what I was hoping.
