Ok, lads.

I have a pair of PSB Stratus Silveri's and I can make a trade for a pair of Monitor Audio Silver S6's. Plus 100 bucks. no big deal.

Any thoughts are very welcome as this will go down on sat if at all.

I use mostly a HT set up, with a Paradigm DSP-3400 sub so the front speaker's Bass is not that important.

That comment was exactly what I thought when I read your post, but SDSteve post it first.

Your dilemma is a difficult one. Having auditioned both, my opinion is that MA S6 is no upgrade, maybe an equal, and from what I remember it depends on your musical taste, as for movies they are the same.

If you are desesperate for $100.00 go for it. If you want to trade to change the look of your system, go for it. But, if ever changing I would consider going for something better, in any of the two brands, that really represents an upgrade.

The answer is quite simple really.... which sound better to YOU???
