Hey guys, I'm very new to this speaker installation and set up world, so I've been reading up on the 101 posts on this forum and the subwoofer forum. Here's what I have hardware wise:

Receiver: Yamaha CRX-E150
Speakers: Yamaha NXE 300
Subwoofer: Yamaha YSTSW012 8"

I'm not sure of the quality of these, but from what I looked about online they didn't look too shabby (I received the speakers and receiver from my dad, and bought the sub on recommendation). I was reading about how to properly set them up from (How to Connect a Subwoofer To A Receiver 101) this post, but my subwoofer only has the cable option of "Input" and my receiver only has the option of "Subwoofer." There are no LFE or Pre-out options. Additionally, my subwoofer only has a power button, power cable output, volume knob and Input, no option of changing other speakers to small or "Phase" setting. My receiver doesn't have the option of changing all other speakers to small, nor can I set the subwoofer channel level or crossover.

Is there some computer program I can use to change settings? Because I have these components and it'd be a shame not to be able to set them up properly. Any input would be great, thanks a lot.
