how good are these settings.

seem 'decent' for a sharp. How is the Picture Quality when evaluated with regular material? Do you like it?

did you make any changes or is this out of the box because they are not good at all.

looking at your CIE diagram your colors are all over the the place and
looking at your RGB tab your blue is way to high that needs to come down.
