I need an inexpensive, but reliable and easy to use, camcorder to use in my real estate business. The main purpose is to record the interior/exterior of a home and send a disc to out of town purchasers so they can view it on their computers. I have little experience with camcorders so will list below the things I consider to be important and hope someone in this forum can shed some light on what I should consider.
I think I would need:
Date and Time capabilities (probably could simply voice record on the microphone to capture the date and time)
Low light capabilities
Zoom
Optical stabilization
Microphone which would enable me to describe features of a home
I am confused about Mini-DVD. Some websites say they are on their way out
I snooped around on the Internet and found:
Canon ZR930
Sony DCR-HC52
Certainly, I would not want something that is, or soon will be, discontinued.
Any advice for me? Thanks in advance.
