My LT 890 works great with my Apple TV except there is one issue I am noticing. For some reason when I select something it flies through everything at an accelerated speed! If I am listening to music and want to back out back to the main menu, I will gently tap the menu button one time however it will fly super fast back to the main menu when I only wanted to go to the previous screen or something. Like I said the remote works perfect with the ATV just don't know why it speeds up every operation every time a button is pressed!

The Apple TV receiver is very sensitive. Your remote may be sending multiple commands (i.e. repeating x number of times). This may be a default setting on the remote.

yea here lately I have been keeping the ATV remote handy to simplify the issue.

if my assumption that "lt 890" is a harmony 890, you can change your settings to try and fix this...

go in and change the number of repeats to 0... that might help...

I've had my 890 for 6mths or so and have never had any issues until recently with my Apple TV, I keeps losing sync with the Apple and will not control it. Also, when starting the activity it seems to get stuck in the middle of the activity and never get out of it without removing the battery? I was on the phone with support the other day for 2hrs and the support has a way of cloning the remote and he said he was getting the same thing with his remote? So they forwarded the message to an engineer for testing. He thinks it is some sort of glitch that came about after firmware upgrading and downloading the newest version of the software. Anyone else having these sort of issues? All of my other activities work fine. Thanks.
