As far as we can tell, it is the same as the 670 except it is all black. It has the same button layout as the 670. It looks like it was made for specialty stores as the only place I have seen it is at Target.
I have the 670 and really like this remote. I can't imagine the 620 would be any different since it seems to be identical to the 670 except for color.
You might want to check around and see if you can get a better price online for the 670.

I also saw this for sale at Costco and I'm going to pull the trigger this weekend, it feels really light compared to my directv remote

I've had the 628 for a couple years and really like it. I'm getting the 620 at Costco tomorrow for my basement system I'm putting together. It looks to be real similar button / function wise.
FYI, I believe they are IR signal only though.

I had purchased the Harmony 620 before reading these posts on AVS because the $50 off @ Costco was so attractive. I figured I could always return it if I wasn't happy. And I am extremely happy I bought it. It is much better than the Sony Commander RV1000 that was a lot more expensive. I was able to incorporate complete remote control of my Toshiba (oem Onkyo) combo receiver and DVD player. Up to now, the only way I could control it by anything other than its awful original remote was to use IR learning. That resulted in a rather Rube Goldberg assignment of buttons to function. With the Harmony 620, everything was straightforward.
What I'm impressed with most is the ability of the Harmony to keep track of what devices are "on" and "off". When you switch directly to another activity, the existing power state is automatically taken into consideration. This is a problem I've always had before with programming activities on other remote. You always had to return to an "all off" state before another activity could be selected or else things are toggled "on" or "off" incorrectly.
This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.

The Big Difference between the 620 and the 670 is the number of devices that can be controlled.
620 - 12 devices
670 - 15 devices
