Need some help folks:

iTouch - Remote app was working. I have a 14,000 track iTunes collection, which synced to AppleTV hasn't been a problem with Remote. While it wasn't perfect before, now it refuses to find my library on iTunes, while AppleTV is immediate. Another friend has the same problem.

Tried the resets etc and Apple Support says to call them (I can't). IDEAS?

I believe the remote app cannot only connect to either the AppleTV or iTunes at a time. You need to disconnect from one and connect to the other.

No longer have AppleTV in any case.

Remote cannot find Itunes, since 5 weeks ago.

Try reinstalling the app and dis/reconnect the "remote" from the Apple TV & Itunes..

Still no go.

And now it decides to work, lol.

I had to reconnect twice.

Removed connection.
Deleted library, and added, and then it worked (with new code).
