I realize this is the "SD" forum but it seems like every 3 or 4 months we get a "is there an HD megachanger" thread, so I decided to go ahead and post a link to this article about a the possibily that Sony might finally have an HD megachanger in the works.

A changer for all the blu-ray titles I own (note the sarcasm), but seriously how many titles are worth purchasing again on blu-ray?
Not only that the price for this player would make it out of touch to just about every average joe that doesn't have blu-ray yet!

I'd fill up half of that. But I'm not paying that much for it.
I wouldn't mind someone making a 5-6 disc Blu-Ray changer. Even from Sony. That might actually make me buy a Blu-Ray machine.
But I'm not paying that much for it.
The price quoted is actually for the media server, which contains a 500gb hard drive. I doubt the new changer would be that much, although I would imagine it being in excess of a grand.
Keep in mind that thing will also play DVDs and CDs, so you could keep your entire disc library in one machine.
