Has anyone else experienced this with the Epson 1080UB home version?

About 1 out of every 3 times I power the unit up, the power light starts to flash green as though it is warming up and then it switches to a flashing red light.

The only way I can get past this is to unplug the unit, plug it back in and re-power it up. It's always ok after doing this.

Appreciate any advice.

p.s. The unit is brand new

I haven't seen that on mine. You should call tech support.
