Hey everyone...

I just unplugged my Pace DC757x after turning it off to move a cable. It probably wasn't quite 30 seconds after it was off before I unplugged it. Anyways, after plugging it back in it displays 4 dashes on the screen where the time should be and has a red light on next to the power button. Unfortunately, it won't turn on at all. I am pretty tech-savvy but I don't really know where to go from here. Provider is mediacom.

I'm not familiar with the box you have, but it sounds similar to the Scientific Atlanta's. The 4 dashes mean "brick mode" (unauthorized mode), box needs a hit from the CO. You need to call them to send hits.
