I having been looking at URC RF remotes and Base stations. Just trying to figure out what would be the best solution. I am going to have two cable boxes in the basement and a tv in the living room and my bedroom. I just want to be able to control 1 cable box for the bedroom and 1 for the living room with a RF remote. What do I need or what would the best solution be? Thanks for any insight!

Pretty much any URC MX-series remote paired with an MRF-260 base station will do the job for you. It's just a matter of how advanced you want to get with the remote and how much you're willing to spend.

Just basic functionality that the cable remote would do for me. I will have to look to see what remote will be the best for me. Any good place to order these online? Thanks for the help.
