I am getting a his and her tv in my great room and a tsu9600 and tsu9800 with a rfx9600 to control them. I have 5 rs232 items and would like use them if I can. I called pronto help number and they where no help at all. I know that the 9800 is not out yet and that is about all that there suport could give me. My questions is do I need to get two rfx9600 to to get the 5 rs232 that I want or is there a better way to do it?

If you want to have direct control over 5 serial devices (RS232) the you will need two RFX9600's as there are only 3 RS232 ports per unit.
