Does anybody know how to disable the electronic geometry correction in the 833 mits dlp? The geometry correction robs the set of displaying max resolution and can be turned off but im not sure how to do it. I did read in one post that you just enter the geometry adjustment screen, hit enter and then exit but im not sure im doing that properly. If somebody could elaborate i would appreciate it.

You sure about that? As far as I know all it does is help you straighten the edges of the picture and has nothing to do with display resolution. Anyway, hit MENU 2457 then 0, then choose "Restore Keystone Geometry from Backup" then hit ENTER, that should get you back to the factory default settings. Hope it helps.

From measurements and patterns that calibrators have used show that when you use the geometry correction it creates a moire pattrn and does not display true 1080p. I know how to restore but not sure that is the same as disabling it.
