Trying to decide between the samsung dlp HL-50a650 or the lcd 46a550. Anyone own either tv that could give me some opinions would be great. Picture quality and reliability are my biggest concernes. Also pros and cons of each set would be greatly appreciated.

Samsung lcds have lag for gaming..
A550 LCD doesnt even have 120hz technology.. Go for 650 model if you want LCD..

Between those...DLP all the way, baby!!!!!:D

The HL50A650 is much better for gaming 'cause of no lag (and it's WAY cheaper;))
