View Full Version : Connecting old B&W TV to Digital Converter Box

Want to hook up a digital converter to my Naxa NX 503 5 " B&W TV but the plug on the back for Ext Ant is not F type. Looks like a 3.5 MM plug fits this device.

It looks like it needs a "75/300 Ohm 3.5mm Plug for Quick Antenna Connection".
(saw this on the Internet thru a Google search).
I have a 300 to 75 converter jack so I think that will work if I buy this device. But it looks like the 3.5 mm plug at the web site is a stereo plug and I am not sure the plug on the TV is Stereo.

Somehow I think this jack is for european PAL systems.
Any advice?

Most small TVs have that. Just trying to keep the overall size of the TV smaller. Just need an adapter such as this one:
