Not sure if this comparison chart made it up anywhere yet. I am sure am excited about these new units!!!

Note..the 7500 is the only one that does the anamorphic stretch, as reported previously.

That's very good information to have.

Does anyone know if the TW5000 (European 6500/7500) or TW4000 (Japanese 6500/7500) have Color Isolation, Anamorphic scaling mode and/or preset color space selection?

I do know the TW4000 is the same color as the 7500, but I wouldn't even know how to begin to translate "Color Isolation", "Anamorphic scaling mode" or "preset color space selection", so I can't look these up on Epson's Japanese page for the TW4000

I wonder what color isolation refers to? Could it be the CMS function that the 1080UB has? I will most likely be purchasing either a 1080UB or a 6500UB and am curious how they differ.

That's interesting, according to that chart both the 6500UB & 7500UB have the Reon but only the 7500UB can do anamorphic scaling.

Having a color isolation mode removes the need for the filter.

I wonder what color isolation refers to?It was already touched on, but here's the quote from Epson's web page:Built-in Color Isolation feature provides blue-only and red-only modes so adjustments can be made more accurately without filters (http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/consumer/consDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=63077381)
