I am interested in upgrading my projector to a new one that can display 2 images at once. In other words, when I want to display 2 different sporting events at once using 2 different sources, can any projectors under $5K do this.

I guess this would be like picture in picture type feature?

Any help is appreciated.

The Planar PD8130 has HD PiP and PbyP. The MSRP is $5,999, so not quite your target price... but maybe close enough??;)

Have you considered adding an external picture-in-picture processor to your current projector?
