I bought an Optoma RD65 DLP tv for cheap as it needs some repairs. It takes a little to turn on maybe 9 or 10 secs. Then when the picture comes up it has vertical lines, really jerky picture, and it looks like the picture is in tiny squares across the screen. I have read of similar problems and it has the symptoms of loose or broken mirrors due to cheap adhesive. I was also told it could be the mainboard. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Maybe too late to reply, but after I fixed my mirror problem, I had the vertical lines on the screen. I took off the back board and put it back on with the screws over the chip first being sure it was well lined up. After that I didn't have any more lines.
