I recently had an issue with a TH-37ph10uk that was damaged when it arrived. It's going to take a month before the issue is resolved, at which point I will be left with no tv. Can anyone recommend a place where I could purchase the pro-series from in the future with these considerations in mind:

1) Safe shipping (closer the better; I live in Iowa)
2) No haggle replacement if I get another damaged plasma in the mail
3) Good customer service
4) Reputation--i.e. can anyone speak from experience

I was also wondering if you need to purchase from an Authorized Panasonic Dealer in order to get the warranty. I know for instance that some places that sell these aren't authorized dealers, but still claim the warranty is valid.
