View Full Version : Picture from HTPC displaced on 42PZ80, how to fix?

I just hooked up my brand new Panasonic TH-42PZ80 plasma to my HTPC through a DVI->HDMI cable but apparantly the picture is displaced and I don't exactly know why..

You can see the problem in this picture:

The problem exists on all of the TV's 3 HDMI ports and it appears that the displaced area gets much smaller if I lower the update frequenzy to 24Hz resulting in a horrible picture compared to 60Hz as the graphic card is set to in the picture above, however.


The specs of the HTPC are:
Intel Pentium4 2.8Ghz
Asus P4P800
1GB DDR RAM
160GB HDD
ATI Radeon 9250

Nevermind, I solved the problem by removing the checkbox "Reduce DVI frequenzy on high-resolution displays" in the catalyst control center
