on people's faces is when I notice most often. If I get close up I am also seeing a terrible amount of ghosting of people. Also close up I can see the line easier and it looks to be yellowish. It always seems to follow the outline of a person's face.

At first I thought it might be a certain TV show but it is appearing all the time, on every show.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Start by posting in the proper display forum for your TV type and adding the model number. Should get better help there, this area isn't for display problems.
