FoxSports North HD has not shown a Twins game in HD in over a month even though the game is being broadcast on a DirecTV HD channel and marked as HD. Anyone with cable getting the games in HD? Problem with the RSN or DirecTV?

Tonight's game is in HD on the Chicago RSN, but the Chicago announcers are next to unbearable. They have to be the loudest, most obnixious, biased announcers in MLB. So far tonight they are complaining about the Twins' homefield advantage, the Twins' style of play, the Twins' "cheap" hits, and the umpirinig.

And I don't mind announcers that cheer for their home team, but these guys are waaaaay overboard. What other announcers refer to their team as we rather than the name of the ballclub?

Hawk and DJ are the worst by far but your boy Bert is a close second. I feel the same way when I have to watch the Twins broadcasts.

There have been a few Twins games in HD over the last month - none for the past week or so and none of the last two on FSN are HD.

I don't know about the White Sox broadcast crew, but the Twins' crew is actually employed by the Twins -- not by FSN. So in their case, anyway, saying "we" isn't out of line.

Thursday, September 25 Twins-Sox again not in HD on Fox Sports Net despite being labled as HD by DirecTV.

Watching game on Chicago RSN but Harrelson is sooo grating. Maybe Sox fans can stomach him but to anyone outside of Chicago this guy has to grating.

DirecTV just cut out the Chicago feed and put up a black out message. I live in California. WTF?

Casilla come thru, making up for eighth-inning strikeout with man on third and one out! Too bad the Twins lost the coin flip for the playoff game Tuesday in Chicago. Metrodome is BID home field advantage for the Twins.

Will be interesting to see if Guillen, the most crass, foul-mouthed manager in MLB can contain himself after this loss.

The DirecTV guide is wrong, none of the Chicago or KC sereis were scheduled to be HD by FSN north.
