Hey guys first off i just want to say i am very new to the whole audio video scene but i know pretty much everything about electronics.
Last night i moved into my new place and what better way to break in the new place than blasting my system with a blu-ray.
So i set up my speakers mount them on the wall everything is looking good. I plug the connectors in and every speaker was working. so i place my receiver under my tv stand when i notice that suddenly my back right speaker is not producing any sound. i check the connections in the back and it all looks good.
So then i think its the cord that may have been severed or something when i was moving things, so i get my fancy new speaker wire plug it in.... nothing. so then i assume that its my speaker that may have fried. so i get another speaker and plug it in into the connector, nothing.....
now im getting frustrated. MY QUESTION, what am i doing wrong or is it possible that the connector on the receiver is busted and is there a way to fix it? any other ideas on how to fix this problem would be great.
Thank you for your time reading this
