I hope this is in the right section... nothing I need help with ever seems to fit into a category here :P

I have a Dazzle DVC-100 that I use as an input for my various game consoles into my computer (for recording and what have you). I use MPlayer Classic to open the device, and all of that works just fine.

My problem is that I'd like to have it also stream to UStream.tv. Both MPlayer and UStream can't have the same capture device open. (UStream by itself also works just fine)

In case the cheapest solution is hardware-based, here's the way everything connects:

{Xbox} > {A/V Switcher} > {Dazzle DVC-100 (Video), 1/8" Audio In to PC (Audio)} > {PC via USB}

Basically, if I connect this setup to UStream, I need some sort of full-screen secondary monitor I can actually play off of (UStream generates horrendous lag), be it another application, or another physical monitor (I have a spare VGA input).
