Hey =]

Ive used several media serving packages to stream mp3s and video to the ps3. both from XP and WHS.
ive had significant and various problems with Tversity in the past and have been using twonky with much improved success on the WHS box.

the only thing i that doesnt seem to work as it should is that i cannot seem to stream flac to the PS3 despite twonky claims that its supported.

files show up on the ps3 as 'unsupported data'

ive searched around here and on twonky's site but havent seen anything that has specifically addressed this in an otherwise happy setup.

I haven't done this in awhile but if I remember correctly twonky doesn't convert the files it only streams them to the uPNP device but flac is/was time I checked unsupported on a PS3. You would need something like TVersity to decompress the flac files on the fly to wav and then stream that to the PS3.
