Hello,

I'm about to purchase either the Sony VPL-VW60 or VW200. I have just purchased a Yamaha V1900 receiver. With this gear will I see a ton of improvement with a video processor? I'm contemplating getting a sub $1K processor, but I don't even know if I'll need it or not.

If I were you, I would setup the projector and the receiver first. Then evaluate the deinterlacing in the receiver verses that on the projector. Then determine if there's a need for improvement. Then decide if you really need a processor.
Don't buy a processor without the above exercise because if you really don't need one, then it's a waste of money.
