hey guys i have a friend of mines that have this receiver and he is having problem when he turns on the receiver all 3 lights comes on and thats it dont want to turn off or nothing at all if any one had this problem before i want to know how can i fix this problem blue,red,and yellow light stays on dont want to power off or nothing not even with the remote can someone helpme out

1-800-Pioneer. The blinking is a code that lets a tech know what is wrong with the unit.

but is not blicking is steady all 3 lights blue red yellow
