I'm looking at the Coaster Promenade sectional. It's the perfect size for my room, and the prices I have see are pretty good; almost good enough to make me worry about quality.

I also hate to buy without being able to sit in them. I know furniture comfort is completely subjective; but I'd like to know if they feel soft or firm, and if the unreclined sitting position feels natural or too far forward or too far back.

Also any recomendations on who to purchase from? I will need inside or white glove delivery.

Coaster does not have powered recline..............that in itself should eliminate the product. Just my humble opinion..............
