Basically this thing is a piece of crap. It barely works, I can only hold about one HD show at a time on the DVR, and it craps out constantly.

I'm in Lawrenceburg, IN, and I have the Comcast Motorola DCT6412.

Anyone who knows how what to say to Comcast to get better equipment? What is the best HD DVR model that Comcast uses?

My brother has Time Warner, and his SA8300 HD-DVR runs great, and he just plugged a 1TB expansion drive that gives him about 200 hours of HD recording! I want that!
