Yes good question. Even if the market is weak they can't have any sort of bragging rights .

Yes good question. Even if the market is weak they can't have any sort of bragging rights.They can brag about having something like 98% of the DC projector market. That's worth more to their bottom line than a few million pixels would be.

The old chip, widely deployed, that could not do full resolution sequential 3D, somehow now can do sequential 3D, so no absolute need for 2 projectors to do 3D D-Cinema projection, or to go for the newer and smaller, and less powerfull projectors..

Very nice 3-D picture, I'll post some pictures of the setup. Still Barco won the 3-D shootout breakfast event. 5 competing 3-D formats outthere, best for Home theater is a company called expand or something like that with active shutters, lots of interesting server features, 3-D is king!!! Very exciting.
