Hi ,any cine 9 owners who can help me determine if they have these parts on their eht board? these are the r66 and r67 resistors and c45 caps.these are parts near the main fuse and power cap c47(100mf).

Mine does not have these and dont have HV,but powers up without scan fail or red leds.
