I am wondering if anyone can tell me if a dedicated 15 amp breaker is sufficient for most subs. I am going to wire up a dedicated circuit but cannot find any info stating amperage draw, specifically on the Dayton Titanic subs probably 10".

Yep, 15 amp circuits are fine for most HT hardware, including the subwoofer.
That said though, I put 20 amp circuits in my HT. ;)

well, according to the parts express site, those drivers are 400 rms (565 max), so even if you over-amp them (you don't say what amp you are planning on using with them), you'll blow them long before you ever run out of juice on a 15 amp circuit...
a bit off topic:
my other HT makes do with a single circuit (15A 220v) i've never had it trip. but during peaks i hear the voltage regulators fluctuating.
what do you think my problem is? voltage regulator? or circuit breaker? or just not enough juice?
my other HT i learned from the above i had wired with quad 20A 220v circuits (one for the lights, one for the amps, one for the subs, one extra)

Is it easy to change the breaker?

You have a killa watt to know how much you are actually drawing? You may have to much power for that 15a?

dont have a kill-a-watt but yeah, should be easy to replace the breaker if its the cause of the fluctuation ...
i do have a bigger wattage voltage regulator hanging around too.
