I have a new AV reciever (Sony STR-DG810) with my Polk PSW 350. My question is do I plug the RCA (LFE) cable to the "Filtered" or "Unfiltered" LFE input on the Sub?

Also, set all speakers to "Small"?
Do I change the crossover value on the sub or on the Sony reciever now?
