I think there's A Diagram in the G70's installation manual, if you go to Curt Palms web site he has the manual there.....

Actually I have A G70 ceiling mount that was A copy of the original but made with heavier gage steel and more tilt adjustment, I could give you the measurements if you would like but it would take me A few days to dig it out of storage, let me know....

I have one in my garage if you're still looking. I could photo it and give you quickie measurements, but I'd probably recommend buying one, not making one. (I'm a hardcore DIY, but if I can buy something that does exactly what I want, I will every time...)
