When using the HDMI card and the DVD player set to 1080P the projector will not sync. The clamping is set to H/C. The input info indicates that the horizontal scan frequency is 26.9kHz. That is unusual to me since I would expect it to be closer to 67kHz. Double that of a 1080i signal.
The HDMI card works fine with an HDMI input with a 1080i signal. The problem however is that the purpose of having it is to get a 1080P picture.
any thoughts.....

Are you trying to input 1080 24p into the projector ??.....If so that will make the picture look like crap you need to set the Blu-Ray player to 1080p @ 60hz or use A VP to take 1080 24p in from the source and output 48 or 60hz into the G70....

Hi Marcus,
When it comes to the New Moome IFB-Full-HD,1.3 HDMI card combined with A G70/G90 It has the capability of giving you the best picture possible from these CRT projectors at this point in time....
"BUT" you should have A good Video processor with HDMI 1.3 (for custom timings/CMS) and A Blu-Ray player with HDMI 1.3 in the chain, then configure and calibrate these devices including the Projector to there optimum settings including sending YcBcR 4:2:2, 48p/72p to the Moome IFB-Full HD card to accomplish the stunning result this combination is capable of.....

I wouldn't send 24p to a CRT PJ...Know I would'nt ether,, thats why I said A "VP for custom resolutions" so the projector see's custom timings such as "1920x800(817) 48hz/72hz for blu-Ray and 720p @75/72hz for SD dvd"............
The above is how I have my low hour G70 set up 1920x1080 24p 4:2:2 to VP50pro then ^^ Blu-Ray and for SD ^^^.....
I changed my last post to 2.2 /3.3 to Moome.... I pointed out to Musicjunkee in the top post that 24p will not work....
Hope this helps....Cheers

Thanks Cinema mad,
I only have the Focus CS 1 video processor, so I think I can't use this because it has not HDMI input. BTW can you advise the cheapest video processor in the market which I can benefit from your above suggestion.

Hi Marcuse,
I would try and get A DVDO VP50 they are going pretty cheap and will do exactly what you want even though it is HDMI 1.2 which does'nt matter because it will go After the Reciever for the audio (HD Codecs)...
DVDO have B stock for $1,999 of the VP50 backed with full 12 months warranty go to there web site and check them out..But you can get the VP50 brand new for way less than that if you do the reserch....
If you choose to go with the VP50 make sure you purchase off A "certifide" reseller or DVDO will not cover the 12 month's warranty...
Hope this helps Cheers....
