never done this before and my last audio / video purchase was well over 7 years ago. I purchased a (i)Samsung - 58" Class 1080p Flat-Panel Plasma Model: PN58A760 (ii) Denon 1909 Receiver and a Martin Logan Dynamo Sub-Woofer. My question is what type of cables do I need to interconnect all of these devices? I believe an HDMI cable for the Samsung / Denon connection is all that is needed but I'm not too sure on what type of cable for the Denon / Martin Logan Subwoofer I need. It's going to be aroudn 40' in length and I want to make sure I purcahse the right cable. I appreciate any help.

I would check your manuals but typically you would use a piece of 75 ohm coax with RCA connectors for the sub, although there may be other choices.

I just bought a 25' cable for the same purpose from Monoprice and it was less than $7.

I agree with Bud.

Check out both http://www.bluejeanscable.com/ and http://monoprice.com for all your cable information needs. There is a wealth of knowledge on Blue Jeans Cable site that will hopefully answer all your questions.
