I currently have a Dish Network VIP722 running through a Sony R60XBR2 via HDMI. I have manipulated every possible menu item (I know of) in each piece of equipment and most HD channels still have the image cut-off on each side. The problem is not there if I view network HD broadcasts via an over-the-air antenna. Is this a VIP722 or a R60XBR2 issue?

Thanks everyone, I have resolved this issue! It turned out to be my negligence with the */format button on the VIP722 remote.
