This is Sony's latest entry level SXRD front projector. Its been available for over a month from AVS and other retailers. If anyone here has this projector Id be interested in there opinion. Specifically if they notice processor lag when playing games on it. Now I can demo this projector for myself, BUT I have no experience with processor lag.:o In other words I think I might be used to it from my current projector and therefore would not notice it, even if it had objectionable lag... This time around I want to get the best available for gaming, so I really need the opinions of people who have gamed on both displays with and without lag. I would ask vw40/vw50/vw60 owners but this projector has the new Bravia Engine2 processor so their opinion may be irrelevant.

Well i have a VW40 that is an older model and though my opinion may me moot i have not noticed any lag on it playing warhawk etc. I think if its good on the 40, it should be good on the 10 considering its newer.

I'll second the VW-40 comments and say that I can't imagine that the HW-10 would be worse with the new engine. Go for it, you'll love it! :D

I'll third the notion. My VW-40 shows no noticeable lag.

Thanks for the feedback. The thing is I almost bought a vw40, but I told myself I'd wait till my bulb blew on my current projector. And then the hw10 replaced it. I could of been gaming in 1080p with you guys...:o:) But it probably is a safe assumption that the Bravia Engine2 is fine...
