No. There was some talk about a PSN version when it was first announced but it's strictly a BD game now.

It's too big to put as a PSN downloadable. Hence why it is BD only now.

I could still see them doing this in the future like the beta/demo with just the online and create aspects. Maybe let you download the story levels from a server as you play. But yeah, the full game would be insanely large to download.
