I had a post on this forum a few weeks ago (which I can't find in the forums any more) that I was frustrated and disappointed with setting up the iStar Mini HD. I was having problems with the playback and getting the HDMI output to work. The guys at istar followed up with a prompt response in the forum as well as with emails and loaner units and did not give up until I was completely satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised at this level of service when I was wondering if I would even be able to return the unit and get my money back. It's great to see these guys stand behind their product so passionately. I will be definitely buying more units from them to cover the rest of my home.

Another unique "plus" for ISTAR is their warranty... their products have a lifetime warranty. Hopefully, other manufacturers will follow ISTAR's example and match their warranty policy. :)
