I just received the 3d glasses that come with tridefs 3d starter pack..
I made sure the hdmi input was on #3..(one note, I do have the hdmi cable that comes from the pc, via the dvi to hdmi ati adapter, going through my onkyo 606 first then to the hdmi #3, i did try a direct connection without going through the onkyo, no change) i have set the display out on my 4870 to goto the tv only (it is also connected to the pc), i disabled the pc output, set the res to 1080p @ 60hz in the settings for the ati 4870 card.
I installed the DDD software from the website (latest version)..
I set in the settings of the DDD control panel, the option for samsung and Rear project dlp L/R..
I open up one of the 3d apps.. ie: right click a jpg, open with 3d player.. it shows the 3d blurry image..
According to instructions at this point i should be able to hit 3d on the samsung remote and enable 3d, but it says "not available" on the tv screen, i noticed that under the tv setup.. 3d is greyed out there as well..
I'm not sure what i'm missing here..
Any thoughts?
Thanks
