This item seems to have all of the same features of a high-end Key Digital matrix but at 1/4 of the price. Can any of you see the reason for the difference in price?

The Key Digital units have bandwidth ratings at 300MHz, the unit from hdtv supply has 100MHz. I'm sure some will chime in that 100 is plenty, but that is the difference. BTW we use key digital for most if not all of our matrix applications for distributed video/audio. There are others with even higher ratings and price such as extron and autopatch. You get what you pay for.
