I was thinking about getting a Panasonic 55K BR player. Run HDMI out to my Moome card in my G90. I was reading that the Panny may require EDID information from the PJ tp play. Is this simply a feedback signal from the BR Player or is my Moome card going to screw this up, I wonder.

The Moome card should send back the 'OK" for the BD player to play, however you may have to set the BD player to not output 1080p@24 and set it to 1080p@60 if it has that option.

I am sending 1080p 60 right now. Glad to hear the Moome card will handshake OK.

Panny 55 works great as a BR player even with component signal (1080i) to my XG. Its HDMI signal is a tad sharper.

I plan to use the HDMI to my Moome card for video, and the 7.1 analog outputs direct to my amps We'll see how she flies!
