There is a local place that sells seating from Eurosofa. I found the company site: http://www.eurosofa.cn/ and checked out their stuff to see if there was something suitable for my theater. I like the looks of the SF0077R. Anyone have any thoughts? Yes, I am quite aware that this will be very cheap, Chinese crap. It will match all the other crap that I own;)

A local store that caters to the "inner-city" crowd sells this model at a very attractive price. If you like to change furniture every two or three years then you will be OK.

They use lower-grade 1.8 density foam which at best will last five years. Likewise, stores that sell this brand tend to not actually stock and therefore there will be delays before it arrives.

I hope that you did NOT buy from Eurosofas in China. They have just been on Watchdog TV porgramme in UK and the Sofas that Eurosofa of China sell are
HIGHLY DANGEROUS. They have a contaminant in them that causes SEVERE health problems !!!. Europe is going to ban the Chemical in May 2009.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHINA THEY MAKE DANGEROUS RUBBISH AND DO NOT CARE. Maybe 20 years time they start caring.

Cheers

Well, that pretty much rules out everything that is sold in the United States then.

I seriously think that it would be impossible to get by without purchasing anything from China.

I just looked around my office and found 10 things made in China without too much trouble.
